Role OverviewAs our Partner & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our reach through strategic partnerships and direct client acquisition. This predominantly commission-based role requires a self-motivated individual who can build relationships with potential resale partners while also conducting discovery calls with prospective clients. You'll work closely with Dr. Sam and our team to understand our unique value proposition and translate that into meaningful connections with partners and clients who align with our mission.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop New Partners- Identify and approach potential resale partners who align with our values and mission
- Create and deliver compelling presentations about our programs and partnership opportunities
- Negotiate partnership agreements that benefit all parties
- Develop streamlined processes for partner onboarding, including legal documentation, technical implementation, and communication
- Create marketing materials and resources for partners to successfully promote our offerings
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to position our partnership program effectively
Maintain Existing Partners- Build and nurture strong relationships with current partners through regular communication
- Provide partners with updated resources, training, and support materials
- Track partner performance and offer strategies to improve results
- Address partner questions and concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration between partner systems and our platforms
- Create and implement partner appreciation and incentive programs
Conduct Discovery Calls- Schedule and conduct effective discovery calls with potential clients
- Understand prospect needs and clearly articulate how our solutions can help them
- Follow a consultative sales approach that educates and builds trust
- Overcome objections with empathy and clear information
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards
- Document prospect information accurately in our CRM
- Follow up appropriately with prospects to maintain engagement and close sales
Sales Process Management- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead generation efforts
- Track and report on sales metrics and conversion rates
- Refine sales scripts and processes based on feedback and results
- Participate in team meetings to share insights from market interactions
- Stay current on our program offerings and their specific benefits
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns
QualificationsRequired- 2+ years of experience in partnership development or B2B sales
- Track record of successfully building and maintaining professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with a predominantly commission-based compensation structure
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business technology
- Passion for health and wellness
Preferred- Experience in the health, wellness, or functional medicine industry
- Background in affiliate or reseller program management
- Understanding of online course delivery and coaching programs
- Experience with consultative selling techniques
- Knowledge of partnership legal considerations and contract management
Compensation- Non-Recoverable Draw against commission
- OTE: $80,000 - $120,000+ total annual compensation for high performers
- No cap on commission
- Remote position with flexible working hours
