Job summary

Spotify seeks a Partner Manager for Content Partnerships to build meaningful relationships with creators across Lifestyle & Wellness, with a focus on Fitness. You’ll grow creator audiences, recruit high-potential talent, and connect creators to Spotify products and opportunities.

You’ll work with podcasters and video creators, using performance data to guide content strategy and partner initiatives, while collaborating across teams to scale successful approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of partner-facing experience in creator or talent relations, account management, business development, or a related field within an audio, video, social, talent management, or creator-focused organization.
• Established relationships with podcasters and/or video creators and understand how to build trusted, long‑term creator partnerships.
• Understand the audio, video, social, and creator landscape, including emerging formats and trends across Lifestyle, Wellness, and Fitness.
• Identify opportunities, develop ideas, and move work forward in areas where the path may not yet be fully defined.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to develop a point of view, make recommendations, and inform partner strategy.
• Communicate clearly and build credibility with creators, partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Where You’ll Be

• This role can be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY

• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in‑person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.

The United States base range for this position is $92,126–$131,609 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six‑month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
