Job summary

Rundoo is seeking a Partner Growth Manager in Redwood City to own the partner and co-op channel end to end. You will manage roughly twenty partner relationships across verticals, drive co-op campaigns, and turn partner reps into a scalable pipeline.

You report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Data Science for enrichment and attribution. You will build collateral, run e-blasts and webinars, negotiate rate cards, and grow partner-sourced ARR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, co-marketing, or a partnerships/referral role where you owned pipeline.
• Standing up or scaling a referral or affiliate program.
• Building co-branded collateral and running co-op or manufacturer joint campaigns (e-blasts, webinars, one-pagers, magazine placements).
• Hands-on with Salesforce: accounts, contacts, campaigns, and how referrals are tracked and attributed.
• Working with a sales team to enable them with partner or account intelligence.
• SMB or owner-operator customers, and ideally distributor / co-op / buying-group ecosystems, rather than enterprise targeting.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the referral program and run quarterly incentive campaigns.
• Map and own the partner universe across multiple product verticals.
• Build relationships with partner reps, marketing managers, and executives.
• Turn partner spend into pipeline by negotiating rate cards and campaigns.
• Enable Account Executives through data enrichment and territory maps.
• Run per-vertical partner campaigns and track outcomes.
• Own a growing partner-sourced sales pipeline and ARR target.
• Land credibility moments with CEO and customers on partner channels.
