Job summary

Paychex is seeking a strategic partner growth leader to drive revenue expansion by expanding direct relationships with key partner executives. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Service/Ops, Finance and Compliance to implement growth strategies and aligned programs.

With a focus on wallet share growth and new partnerships, the incumbent will lead quarterly business reviews, develop incentives, and inform policy improvements in line with Paychex values and future state vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
• 5 years of experience in Partnership/indirect selling ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Implement growth strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, and execute custom incentives that meet internal ROI requirements, to increase the business wallet share with key partners.
• Identify, develop, and close new partnership opportunities that align with the business growth strategy.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Service/Ops, Finance, Compliance and other key partners to implement strategies to effectively grow partnership sales results.
• Assists in the execution of communication strategies to deliver program information, sales results, expectations, promotions/campaigns, and policies and procedures to the Field Sales organization(s) to ensure effective execution of the programs.
• Consults and assists with Senior Leadership on recommended policy improvements, procedures and best practices aligned to the Paychex values and future state vision.
• Collaborates with internal partners to build business cases for recommended changes from Senior Leadership.

Overview

Leads the development, planning, and execution of partner focused growth strategies. In collaboration with Sales Representatives, Sales Leaders, Business Development Leaders and Business Consultants to establish and manage direct relationships with key executives in partner organizations as determined by the business. The incumbent has a mastery of the business and passionately articulates the unique value proposition of the business. They are accountable for growing revenue/share of wallet within assigned partners and developing new partnerships that result in attributable revenue.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $91,300 - $143,400 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
