Job summary

Pro Integrate LLC in the United States is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate directly with world-leading AI labs and enterprises as a technical research and implementation partner. You will act as a technical research and implementation partner, moving between ambiguous research questions, architecture, hands-on engineering, and partner-facing execution.

You will build data intelligence systems, implement ML pipelines, design taxonomies, and develop multi-agent LLM applications,

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade Python systems.
• Experience with LLMs, multi-agent workflows, or AI automation.
• Experience designing data pipelines or ML infrastructure.
• Strong ability to own partnerships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define research goals and project direction with partner labs and enterprises.
• Build large-scale data intelligence systems for collecting and evaluating data.
• Implement ML pipelines for data curation, model training and evaluation.
• Design data taxonomies, labeling workflows, and dataset quality frameworks.
• Develop LLM applications including multi-agent systems and RAG workflows.
• Translate ambiguous AI problems into scoped technical projects and production systems.
• Develop infrastructure for model inference, experimentation, and deployment across platforms.
