• 8+ years of experience in executive compensation, ERISA, and employee benefits law
• Deep familiarity with:
• 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b)/(f) plans
• Defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans
• Equity and deferred compensation structures
• Strong communication, drafting, and client-facing skills
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar or actively seeking admission
• Candidates do not need a portable book, but must demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Attorneys at boutique firms seeking a more stable, scalable platform
• Attorneys at large firms looking for rate flexibility and the ability to serve a broader range of clients
• Tax, compensation, or benefits lawyers ready for partner-level autonomy and support
