Job summary

LG Electronics in New Jersey is seeking a Manager of Partner Engagement to oversee day-to-day partner relationships within the LG Smart TV ecosystem. You will develop tactics to acquire and retain partners, and work with content partners to optimize end-user value.

The role requires 5–7 years in partner or marketing management, with a strong understanding of media and streaming. Local candidates only, onsite in NJ, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in partner, brand or marketing management within Content Distribution, Direct to Consumer, or services-based organizations.
• Demonstrable understanding of Media and Streaming businesses.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Proficient working with data to develop insights for multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Primary day-to-day stakeholder with an assigned set of partners in region.
• Monitor and grow key partner metrics on platforms, including MAU, time spent, downloads, revenue.
• Liaise with LG cross-functional teams to amplify partner value to LG customers (Marketing, HQ, Sales, Digital, Engineering, Product Planning).
• Work with content partners to understand end-user lifecycle and gather insights to optimize relationships on LG platforms.
• Ensure partners are aware of participation opportunities on the platform and maintain their certification requirements as needed.
• Manage business review meetings with associated partners.
• Development of KPIs for partnership and tracking progress against the growth plan.
