Omilia is a pioneering force in conversational AI, empowering companies to deliver enhanced customer interactions through advanced natural language understanding (NLU) and automated customer support solutions. With a growing customer base and a strong foothold in the AI market, Omilia's mission is to enable enterprises to transform their customer service into efficient, human-like experiences at scale. Omilia's conversational AI platform combines industry-leading voice and text technologies to improve customer experiences, increase operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Omilia is poised for aggressive growth and plans to expand through strategic partnerships, innovative product development, and a focus on customer success. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a dedicated Partner Enablement Manager to develop and execute enablement programs that empower our partners to sell and support Omilia's solutions effectively. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, requiring a strategic mindset, strong organization, and the ability to execute against aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal training teams to optimize enablement efforts and focus on high-value partnerships each year, making a tangible impact on partner growth and performance.

This is a unique opportunity to make your mark by fostering a best-in-class partner enablement framework that accelerates growth, strengthens relationships, and scales LogicMonitor's global partner strategy.

Job Summary:

The Partner Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that support the success of Omilia's OEM and strategic partners. This includes everything from partner onboarding to ongoing education, training, and resource management. You will work closely with the Channel, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that our partners are well-prepared and aligned with Omilia's go-to-market strategy.

As we are in the early stages of developing this function, the ideal candidate must be adaptable and excited about building something from the ground up, with the flexibility to evolve processes as we expand our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding & Training: Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding and training program for new OEM and strategic partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to represent Omilia's solutions
  • Enablement Content Creation: Create and maintain up-to-date partner enablement materials, such as sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, presentations, and product collateral
  • Sales & Go-To-Market (GTM) Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure all partners are aligned with Omilia's messaging, value propositions, and strategic goals
  • Continuous Partner Education: Deliver ongoing training and enablement sessions, ensuring partners are continually educated on new features, product updates, and best practices
  • Process Development & Optimization: Develop and refine scalable, repeatable processes for partner enablement, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all partnerships
  • Partner Performance Monitoring & Support: Track and evaluate partner engagement with enablement resources and provide proactive coaching and support to ensure they meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Strategic Partner Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for partners, providing support on sales strategies, product positioning, and deal structuring to drive mutual success

Adapt & Scale: As this function grows, adapt the enablement strategy to include additional OEM and strategic partnerships, ensuring a scalable approach that can handle an expanding partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in partner sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, with specific experience working with OEM and strategic partnerships in the SaaS space
  • Proven Success with Partner Channels: Solid understanding of OEM, Resellers, Referrals, SI, and VAR partnerships models and a track record of enabling partners to drive sales and adoption of a product
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and product features in a clear and compelling manner to both internal teams and external partners
  • Process-Oriented with Flexibility: Experience developing and implementing processes for partner enablement, but also the flexibility to adapt and refine processes as the partnership landscape evolves
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner enablement strategies with company goals and priorities
  • Results-Driven: A focus on measurable outcomes and a proven ability to track, analyze, and report on partner enablement effectiveness
  • Adaptable & Self-Starter: Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for building something new from the ground up in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in AI or Conversational AI markets
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to scale partnerships for growth
