Job summary

Pigment is hiring a Partner Readiness Manager (PRM) to lead the technical backbone of our Partner Alliance, enabling GSIs/RSIs to architect and deliver Pigment solutions for enterprise customers. You will coach Solutions Architects and drive technical wins with strategic partners.

You will design onboarding, enablement programs, and publish assets while collaborating with Product and Engineering. Strong data modeling, SQL, and API integrations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in a highly technical consulting or solution architecture role within the EPM/Business Planning space.
• Strong experience working with GSIs to build technical capabilities and support complex delivery ecosystems.
• Proficiency in data modeling concepts, SQL, and API-driven enterprise application integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical execution strategy for assigned GSIs/RSIs and align Pigment capabilities with partner practices.
• Lead maturity of partner Centers of Excellence through technical health checks and architectural standards.
• Design and deliver advanced enablement programs for partner Solutions Architects and Lead Model Builders.
• Create onboarding programs for new partners to ensure proficiency in Pigment’s platform.
• Publish reusable technical assets, guides, and best practices to accelerate value.
• Champion AI capabilities and modeling tools in partner implementations to ensure quality.
