Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Partner for its Employment Law Section in Norfolk, VA. This role encompasses a dynamic mix of litigation, consulting, and transactional work, providing legal services on employment-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, admission to the Virginia State Bar, and 7 years of experience in employment law. Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan, are provided.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in employment law preferred.
• Experience representing clients in both federal and state court litigation.
• At least a partial portable book of business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment‑related matters, including counseling, litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide counsel on employment law issues such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies.
• Manage litigation matters from start to finish.
• Participate in client meetings, court appearances, and negotiations.

Qualifications
