Lead client deployments of Codos Virtual Chief AI Officer and Company Brain, from kickoff to adoption and business results.
What you'll work on here
- Owning the rollout of Codos Virtual Chief AI Officer and Company Brain with the CEO and executive team: agree the priorities, set the deployment plan and own the business results
- Leading the engagement from kickoff and diagnostic through Company Brain setup, the first production workflows and adoption across the client's teams
- Working with function heads to make Virtual Chief AI Officer part of how they prioritize AI initiatives and review progress, with a named owner and a clear measure for each workflow
- Leading a pod of forward deployed engineers across several clients: hiring and developing them, removing barriers to deployment and staying hands-on in the work yourself
- Growing and renewing accounts by expanding Codos into more functions and business units once the first deployments prove useful
- Joining late-stage sales conversations to scope the deployment, agree responsibilities and success measures, and write the statement of work
Ideal profile
- Previously a Big-3 EM/AP with operator experience in a small or midsize company, or a Head of AI / CAIO.
- Hands-on, agentic builder who casually ships dozens of meaningful commits a day.
- Has a proven AI implementation success case that delivered $1M+ in impact.
What you bring to the table
- You come from consulting, an operating role, a founder seat or an early startup team, and you have led work with real P&L results
- You have built a function or a client practice from nothing, not taken over a running one
- You hold the room with a CEO and a CFO, and you can tell them what they do not want to hear
- You are fluent in AI, with an impressive personal setup, and can lead a software rollout through to adoption
- You can structure a deal that works for the client and is delivered at a profit
- You have managed small senior teams and can carry two or three clients at a time, with travel for kickoffs and key moments
Why you should join our delivery team
Every client is a multi-year relationship with direct access to the CEO. You will run your own clients and your own pod, not a workstream inside someone else's program.
Your work is to make Codos part of how a client operates. You will lead the team that connects the company's knowledge, getting leaders and teams using the product, and turning the first deployment into a broader rollout with measurable results.
You will be the second person in this role, working with Kevin, our COO, who is building the playbook. There is room to lead a region or a sector as the team grows.
Company Benefits
- Competitive compensation, bonus and equity.
- No limit on AI tools: models, tokens and whatever your setup needs
- Offsites and business trips
We help large companies become self-evolving organizations.
- Real impact: We generate millions of dollars of impact for NASDAQ-listed and PE-backed clients, and we are going after the $500B services industry with software.
- Small team, huge impact: We are fewer than ten people, backed by a16z speedrun. The team is ex-McKinsey, ex-Meta ML and ex-Tesla, and the founders have run companies before: Dima scaled Everclear to $1B in monthly volume as CEO. Each new hire changes the company's trajectory.
- Client impact first, AI-native: We measure ourselves by the money a client saved or earned. Everyone here builds their own agents, and the company runs on its own company brain, the same way we teach clients to work.
