Job summary

Otteson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Chandler, Arizona seeks a Partner Dentist to join our patient-focused, technology-driven practice. This position offers clinical autonomy in a busy, high-quality environment with a potential fast track to partnership and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
• Three+ years of practice experience is preferred.
• Other certifications as required by state to include CPR, DEA, etc.
• Strong interest in becoming a partner in the near term is required.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe and carry out oral health care services in the patient’s best interest.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to maintain a team-oriented environment.
• Uphold policies and procedures in line with current professional standards.
• Pursue continuing education and training opportunities with available support.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed.
