• Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
• Two years of practice experience preferred.
• CPR, DEA, etc., certifications as required by state.

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and provide oral health care services.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Uphold policy, protocol, and procedures per current professional standards.
• Improve clinical skills through continuing education and training opportunities.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives.
