Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Partner-Level CPA for a growing public accounting firm with an established tax practice. This full-time, hybrid opportunity is located in Spokane, Washington.

The Partner-Level CPA will oversee complex tax engagements, lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, and drive growth through strategic client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Significant public accounting experience with complex tax engagements.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; proven ability to develop professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex individual and business tax engagements, including planning, compliance, advisory and reviews of federal, state, and local returns.
• Manage a substantial client portfolio and serve as a trusted advisor with superior communication and delivery.
• Identify strategic tax planning opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
