Join the Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) Partner Enablement team to help our partner community to discover, learn about, and implement our latest features and capabilities. The Partner Enablement team is responsible for enhancing how Apple works with partners to deploy products and services at scale across the globe. The team is part of the Operations department, focused on products available in the Apple Pay and Apple Wallet ecosystems. We’re looking for an experienced and highly-motivated content manager to create outstanding third-party facing content and communications across multiple channels for our global Apple Pay and Apple Wallet communities. You are passionate about helping partners create innovative, well-designed, and powerful products. You have experience working in digital content production and collaborating with both creative and technical teams. And you should be well versed in driving high-visibility, large-scale projects and working within a large, cross-functional team. And most importantly, you are passionate about the Apple partner community and excited to help them learn about and thrive in our ecosystem. Your work will help partners find the answers they need, when and where they need them. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys deconstructing detailed concepts into excellent and easy-to-understand material. We’re especially interested in people who enjoy writing and creating for multiple mediums and channels. You should be comfortable collaborating with creative and technical teams as you develop concepts and content. The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent content manager with strong editorial background, knowledge of payments and/or Apple Pay/Wallet platforms, and a passion for creating engaging and supportive websites and communications. In this role, you will: Create great copy and content to both inform and enrich the partner experience. You’ll collaborate with a number of teams across Apple to bring these ideas to life. Write and edit support content that’s easy to find, use, and understand while adhering to the Apple brand and voice. Synthesize requests and feedback from multiple content stakeholders. Complete thorough QA of content. Work in a deadline-driven environment. Collaborate cross-functionally across many organizations especially in the content space. Provide editorial feedback to team members and content stakeholders outside of the team. We are a global organization, your ability to work across teams and communication platforms is a must.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
