Partner Co Sell Manager

Iron Mountain seeks a Co-Sell Manager to drive co-selling initiatives with strategic partners in North America. This involves executing targeted go-to-market campaigns, fostering strong partner relationships, and implementing co-selling strategies to achieve revenue growth. Strategic partners include HyperScalers, SIs, and ISVs.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in co-selling with HyperScalers (AWS, GCP, MS Azure), SIs, and ISVs.
  • Experience in partner-led go-to-market campaigns with SaaS and Cloud services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Driving partner-led pipeline through targeted co-sell campaigns.
  • Supporting sales in nurturing partner pipelines for customer wins.
  • Leading priority deals with partners to meet revenue goals.
  • Preparing and presenting co-sell forecasts and recommendations.
  • Building relationships with sales leaders and key partners.
  • Representing the voice of the partner in executive engagements.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges in co-selling campaigns.
Job Requirements
  • Experience selling SaaS and Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Marketplaces and sales operations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to high-growth environments.
Education
  • MBA or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
