Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A minimum of $1M in portable business
• 10+ years of legal experience with a strong background in Corporate Law, IP, Tax, Litigation, Real Estate, Private Client, Financial Services, or Regulatory
• Strong commitment to client service and the ability to self-manage and collaborate virtually across teams
• Interest in a modern legal model that promotes attorney autonomy and flexibility
