Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Partner Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with global systems integrators and customers. You will ideate GenAI applications on the OpenAI API, build prototypes, and shape AI roadmaps in collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.

You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, mentor partner engineers, and codify architectural patterns to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience.
• Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders, ideally within or through a systems integrator.
• Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional ML solutions.
• Experience building and/or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API.
• Effective presentation and communication skills, including translating business and technical topics to all audiences, including senior leaders.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and acquire missing knowledge as needed.
• Humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and commitment to team success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for GSIs, RSIs, and boutique SIs.
• Ideate and build novel customer applications on the OpenAI API.
• Work with senior SI and customer stakeholders to identify high-value GenAI applications.
• Build and qualify comprehensive backlogs supporting customers’ AI roadmaps.
• Build hands-on prototypes and provide strategic guidance to accelerate customer time to value.
• Forge and manage SI and customer stakeholder relationships.
• Support successful deployment and scaling of customer applications.
• Codify solution packages and architectural patterns.
• Lead technical support during partners’ initial projects.
• Mentor partner technical teams toward self-sufficiency in delivering OpenAI-powered solutions.
• Scale the Partner Solutions Architect function by sharing knowledge and codifying best practices.
• Contribute resources to open-source repositories and publish internal and external knowledge-base resources.
• Validate, synthesize, and deliver feedback to Product and Research teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams.
• Report to the Head of Solutions Architecture.
