To support this expansion, we are seeking a Partner Acquisition Manager to expand our dealer network on the US West Coast, playing a pivotal role in our long-term success in this vital region.

Note: This position offers flexibility to be based remotely from anywhere within the U.S., as long as you have reliable access to travel within the West Coast when needed.

What you can expect
  • Conduct in-depth research of the US West Coast market to identify and acquire high-value dealers in the luxury watch sector.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier watch dealers, negotiating and finalizing long-term partnerships.
  • Re-engage terminated or inactive accounts, uncovering their reasons for disengagement and working to reactivate their participation on our platform.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams by sharing actionable customer insights to enhance our B2B offerings.
  • Proactively acquire dealers through diverse channels, including cold calling, targeted messaging, in-person visits, and attendance at watch industry trade shows and events to grow your network within the pre-owned luxury watch community.

What sets you apart
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or dealer acquisition, preferably in a premium or luxury market.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and independent work style.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the US to meet dealers and attend industry events.
