Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to engage and grow our SMB partner ecosystem across the United States. You will develop referral networks with tech partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues and drive revenue.
The role requires 2+ years in partner relations, a quota-driven mindset, strong communication, and willingness to travel 3 days a week.
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.
More than half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often, it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium‑sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.
We’re a high‑growth fintech company changing the retirement industry. We are backed by a number of investors, including funding from Marshall Wace, Baillie Gifford, BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, Glynn Capital, NewView Capital, USVP, Wing, Uncork, and more.
The Partner Account Manager’s primary duty is to engage, build and develop Human Interest’s key accounts and grow opportunities. You’ll accelerate our partner relationships to help us reach more small and medium businesses across the United States. This role requires someone proactive, creative, and able to exercise discretion and judgment to create solutions when needed.
At Human Interest, the total On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $140,000, including a base salary of $70,000 and a variable target compensation of $70,000 uncapped. The specific pay rate offered is based on relevant skills and experience. Base pay is one component of our Total Rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits, stock option grants, and more.
Human Interest is an equal‑opportunity employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran or military status, pregnancy, or any other characteristics protected under federal, state, or local laws.
We are committed to making every stage of our application process fully accessible. If you need a reasonable accommodation at any point in the process, please let us know at applicantaccommodations@humaninterest.com.
