Our client, a growing AM200 law firm, is seeking to expand their seattle presence.

They are seeking a Lateral Partner, a small group of attorneys (1-3 partner-level with an associate or two), or even a small firm interested in combining with them.

Billables: There are no specific billable hour requirements for partners. They evaluate candidates based on current working attorney collections and originations. Billable hour expectations for associates are 1850.

Schedule: Hybrid
