Base pay range

$225,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee litigation cases from initiation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, while representing clients in court or alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on commercial litigation issues, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations pertinent to your cases, and providing strategic insights to clients.
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed on the status of their cases and advising them on legal developments that impact their business interests.
