Job summary

Kronospan is seeking a hands-on operator in Anniston, AL to package products using Finishing and Banding equipment and to perform basic maintenance and cleanup. The role requires the ability to read technical instructions, operate heavy machinery, and lift up to 50 lbs, with safety-first practices in extreme heat and cold.

Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, capable of following precise specs, and able to work rotating shifts while supporting troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed.

• Package product and run Finishing and Banding equipment per specs.

o perform all tasks involved in packaging product through the safe operation of Finishing and Banding equipment according to required specifications. To perform basic, routine equipment maintenance and cleaning on all machinery and workspaces in the area of responsibility. To identify unacceptable product conditions and initiate the proper corrective action. To assist maintenance personnel in the troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance of equipment.

• The ability to be trained and become certified to operate a forklift.
