Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high-volume of incoming Participant calls and inquiries on benefits, eligibility, claims, pension, and related topics.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet call center performance metrics including quality, first-call resolution, and timely service.
• Attend training and maintain reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.
