Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in psychology, neuroscience, biology, public health, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on research with human participants.
• Working knowledge of IRB processes and training (CITI or GCP).
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with meticulous records.
• Clear, warm, professional communication with diverse participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, screening, scheduling, informed consent, and testing across concurrent protocols.
• Administer validated smell and taste assessments and psychophysical procedures.
• Assist with IRB submissions, amendments, and study records with proper documentation.
• Maintain REDCap study records and perform routine data-quality checks.
• Prepare testing materials, calendars, and maintain spaces for visits.
• Onboard new staff and trainees to established procedures and document competencies.
• Support analyses, figures, manuscripts, and conference presentations with potential for co-authorship.
