Brio Living Services in Niles, MI is seeking a compassionate Participant Care Assistant (CNA) to join the Day Center team. You will provide essential care and assistance to participants enrolled in the PACE program, delivering person-centered support and helping with activities of daily living.
This full-time role requires a current CNA certification, one year of experience with frail or elderly individuals, a valid Michigan driver's license, and CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

What You’ll Do: The CNA certified Participant Care Assistant (PCA) in the day center provides essential care and assistance to participants enrolled in the PACE program. You will work closely with the team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care and support activities of daily living. From assisting with ADLs to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
