Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange further assessments as needed.
• Provide a range of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, plus longer-term treatment and support.
• Use information technology to support and improve services.
• Establish rapport quickly with consumers and families; communicate with providers.
• Create and implement care plans ensuring access to linked services and information exchange.
