Job summary

Chartiers Center, Inc. in Bridgeville, PA seeks a Master’s level therapist to join our Residential Treatment Program as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on clinical activities including setting and meeting goals with individuals and groups.

You will evaluate cases, develop and conduct group therapy on various topics, provide individual therapy, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and complete daily documentation while coordinating services with residential and support staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s level therapist with one year of experience.
• Ability to provide group and individual therapy.
• Experience in coordinating with residential and support staff.
• Proficient in daily documentation and case planning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and set goals for assigned caseload.
• Develop and conduct group therapy on various topics.
• Provide individual therapy to assigned caseload.
