Job summary

The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver clinical care, setting goals, and coordinating services for adults with complex needs. A Graduate Degree is required, with at least one year of therapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field.
• At least one year of therapy experience preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and set goals for an assigned caseload.
• Develop and conduct group therapy on various topics.
• Provide individual therapy to assigned caseload.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Coordinate services with residential and support staff.
