The Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services;participatesin interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist’s training,experienceand general level of competence.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program isrequired(Counseling or Social Work preferred)

• License Eligible (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)

• Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.

• Must be comfortable with afast pacework environment and handling clients in crisis

• Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills

• Ability toestablishtrusting relationships through compassion,empathyand insight

• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds

• Good timemanagement skills necessary tomaintaintimelyrecord keeping

• Candidate mustpossessappropriate citizenshipwork documentation

• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
