Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, 8am-11am; Friday 8am-12pm

Pay Range: $22/ per hour

Professional Conduct

Administrative Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to the House Rules and the Employee Policy Manual.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Complete the Daily Maintenance Job List & Log Form, as well as any other assigned special tasks.

Work Skills

• Perform basic clean‑up tasks using the appropriate equipment and tools (e.g., vacuum, buffer).
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply basic knowledge of lighting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, and some mechanical work.
• Keep job areas clean and safe while performing duties.
• Sweeping dumpster area
• Picking up trash around the property
