Integrated Facility Services Hawaii seeks a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a residential community in Hawaii. Responsibilities include managing property operations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, vendor coordination, and budget awareness. The position offers part-time hours (M–Th 9–1, F 9–12:30) with benefits such as medical coverage, dental and vision, PTO, holidays, 401k with company contributions, and

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the overall site operations
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential property management
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic proficiency in computer applications
• College degree or related coursework in business, accounting, hospitality or property management
• General knowledge of building maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), housekeeping, admin, and security
