Coastal Care Home Care & ADT is seeking compassionate caregivers to implement behavioral support plans and assist residents with daily activities in Ruskin, FL. You will document progress, de-escalate incidents, and provide balanced meals in a safe home-like setting.

We offer flexible schedules, paid time off, and paid training. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver license, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• CPR/First Aid (preferred or willing to obtain)
• BA/PCM certified (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Previous experience in Intensive Behavior
• Previous experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Ability to remain calm and use de-escalation techniques during behavioral incidents
• Ability to prepare simple, balanced meals
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• ADP Training (preferred)
• Pass a background check
• Valid Driver License and clean driving record
• Car Insurance/Tag Registration
• Reliable
• Report to work on time
• Neat and organized
• Pay attention to detail
• Complete TrainFl Courses 25 courses
• Complete Orientation/ Paid Training in Group Homes

Hourly Rate: $17 an hr. 12 and 6 hour shift ONLY
