Coastal Care Home Care & ADT is seeking compassionate aides to implement Behavioral Support Plans and assist residents with daily activities in Ruskin, FL. You will monitor behavior, document progress, and help prepare meals tailored to dietary needs, while maintaining a safe and clean living environment.

The role involves de-escalation during incidents, attending staff meetings, and completing training. Shift options include 12- and 6-hour shifts; in-person, part-time or full-time roles are

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain.
• BA/PCM certified preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience in Intensive Behavior.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and de-escalate during behavioral incidents.
• Ability to prepare simple, balanced meals.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• ADP Training preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
• Car Insurance/Tag Registration.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Neat and organized.
• Attention to detail.
• Complete TrainFl Courses 25 courses.
• Complete Orientation/Paid Training in Group Homes.

Qualifications
