Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is looking for a Soccer Stars Coach to lead children in energetic, educational soccer activities while ensuring their safety and enjoyment. The role focuses on teaching fundamental skills and promoting teamwork across age groups.

You will lead practices for your teams and coach game days, with availability to work 2–3 afternoons per week from 2:30–4:30 p.m. starting 9/21/26, and mandatory Saturdays on 10/10/26, 10/17/26, 10/24/26, 10/31/26, and 11/7/26 for 5–8 hours each day,

Qualifications

Prior experience working with children (e.g. sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, youth leader).
CPR/First Aid Certification (can be obtained during training).
4v4 Grassroots Certification (can be obtained during training).
Willing to undergo background check.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead children in soccer activities and ensure safety.
Coach practices and game days for assigned teams.
Promote a positive, supportive environment and foster a love for soccer.

Are you passionate about soccer and working with children? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Super Soccer Stars as a Soccer Stars Coach!

In this role, you will lead our children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring their safety. We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and have a love for the game of soccer.

As a Soccer Stars Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children of various age groups and skill levels. You will be responsible for teaching them fundamental soccer skills and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

You will be leading practices with the teams you are assigned to, and will coach them in the game days. The ideal candidate would have availability during these times (Available at least two-three days per week 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. M-F starting 9/21/26, and mandatory availability on Saturday game days 10/10/26, 10/17/26, 10/24/26, 10/31/26, and 11/7/26 for 5-8 hrs each day).

New Coaches can work 2-5 afternoons a week based on their availability and the five Saturday game days, with opportunities for increased classes and locations with good work ethic and execution for Winter, Spring, and beyond if desired.
