Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic Soccer Stars Coach to lead children in fun, educational soccer activities while prioritizing safety and inclusion. You will teach basic skills, supervise sessions, and coach game days across designated teams with a flexible afternoon schedule.

Availability two to five afternoons weekly and large Saturday game days is required. Ideal candidates have prior childcare or coaching experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

Prior experience working with children in roles like coach, teacher, camp counselor or youth leader is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to various locations and be able to commit to afternoon/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead soccer activities for children, teaching fundamental skills and promoting safety.
Coach assigned teams during practices and game days.
Foster a positive, supportive environment and motivate children to improve.
Maintain safety and supervise participants during sessions.
Support Winter, Spring sessions and potential future opportunities as needed.

Are you passionate about soccer and working with children? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Super Soccer Stars as a Soccer Stars Coach!

In this role, you will lead our children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring their safety. We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and have a love for the game of soccer.

As a Soccer Stars Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children of various age groups and skill levels. You will be responsible for teaching them fundamental soccer skills and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

You will be leading practices with the teams you are assigned to, and will coach them in the game days. The ideal candidate would have availability during these times (Available at least two-three days per week 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. M-F starting 9/21/26, and mandatory availability on Saturday game days 10/10/26, 10/17/26, 10/24/26, 10/31/26, and 11/7/26 for 5-8 hrs each day).

New Coaches can work 2-5 afternoons a week based on their availability and the five Saturday game days, with opportunities for increased classes and locations with good work ethic and execution for Winter, Spring, and beyond if desired.
