Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking part-time youth soccer coaches in the greater San Antonio area. Coaches lead fun, developmental sessions at parks, preschools, and schools, with a focus on character and basic soccer skills.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available. Training is provided, and a minimum commitment to a season with at least 8 hours per week is expected. Join a supportive team and help children grow through sport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass an FBI Criminal Background Check.
• Fully authorized to work in the US without restriction.
• Currently live in the greater San Antonio metropolitan area.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or able to obtain.
• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for youth (up to 12 children).
• Deliver a safe, fun, and educational environment.
• Communicate with parents and site staff to support the program.
