Job summary

Soccer Shots - San Antonio is seeking part-time youth soccer coaches to inspire and engage San Antonio youth through structured soccer sessions at parks, preschools, and schools in the greater San Antonio area.

Coaches should be enthusiastic, reliable, and comfortable working with children; availability for 3 half-days per week and a full season is preferred. Training and leadership development are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Pass FBI Criminal Background Check.
• Fully authorized to work in the US without restriction.
• Live in the greater San Antonio metro area.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly, introductory soccer sessions at various sites (parks, preschools, daycares, schools).
• Commit to a full season schedule with priority to those available ≥3 half-days per week (8+ hours).
• Create safe, engaging, fun coaching environments for up to 12 children per class.
