Job summary

Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer seeks a part-time Youth Soccer/Child Development Coach to lead 50-minute structured classes for ages 18 months to 10 years, delivering development, confidence, and fun.

You’ll work with consistent weekly schedules, receive paid training (6 weeks), and have opportunities to grow into Mentor Coach and Site Lead roles. No prior coaching experience is required, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults are encouraged to apply.
• Soccer experience is helpful but not required; full training is provided.
• No prior coaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes
• Set up and break down equipment before and after class
• Communicate with families before and after sessions
• Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for kids
