Lil' Kickers is seeking youth soccer coaches in Illinois to lead 50-minute classes for children ages 18 months to 10 years. You’ll deliver development-focused sessions, support families, and help kids grow in a positive setting.

This part-time role centers on reliable scheduling, training provided, and opportunities for advancement within the program. No prior coaching experience is required, and the environment is team-oriented and supportive.

Qualifications

• No coaching experience required; paid training provided.
• Able to lead 50-minute structured classes for ages 18 months to 10 years.
• Willing to commit to multiple sessions and a consistent weekly schedule.
• Excellent communication with families and a positive, safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
