Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising in Austin, TX is seeking Part-Time Coaches to deliver energetic, child-focused soccer sessions for ages 2–10 using our proven curriculum. You’ll lead lively 30–45 minute classes, ensure safety, and foster confidence and character in young players.

Paid Training at $14/hour is provided, with competitive pay of $20/hour after training and a weekly gas stipend. Flexible scheduling options include mornings, afternoons, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact.

• Ability to lead and engage a small group of children independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-45 minute, high-energy sessions for up to 12 children using our curriculum.
• Use enthusiasm, creativity, and care to help children build confidence and character through sport.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage with energy and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and manage attendance rosters.
• Follow all site-specific safety and check-in procedures.
• Ensure every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated.
• Go home knowing you made a difference that day.
