Job Title: Lou Fusz Athletic Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach
Location: South County: Vianney High School
Job Type: Part-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at our South County location (Vianney High School). The coach will be responsible for leading soccer training sessions for children ages 7–12, fostering player development, promoting teamwork, and creating a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate soccer training sessions.
Teach fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Manage practices and games in accordance with program guidelines.
Ensure player safety and maintain a supportive, encouraging atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and program staff.
Monitor individual and team progress and provide constructive feedback.
Set up and take down equipment for practices and games.

Qualifications:
Previous experience coaching or working with children, preferably in youth soccer.
Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and training methods.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:
Coaching certification
Playing experience at the youth, high school, or collegiate level.

Schedule & Compensation:
Weekday evenings and weekends (schedule varies by season).
Competitive salary based on experience and certifications.
