Minsi Trails Council, Inc. is seeking a part-time Membership Specialist to support youth recruitment and membership growth in Allentown and surrounding areas. You will engage families, promote Scouting programs, and assist with school talks and community events.

The role involves outreach, event support, and administrative coordination, with up to 24 hours per week and pay at $20–$24 per hour, plus paid training. Must have reliable transportation and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage with families and community partners.
• Reliable transportation for travel.

Responsabilités

• Assist with youth recruitment across the service area.
• Support school talks, recruitment nights, and community events.
• Promote Cub Scouting and Scouts BSA programs to families and community partners.
• Assist local units with membership growth initiatives and promotional resources.
• Coordinate recruitment materials and follow-up with prospective families.
