YMCA of Greater Hartford is seeking a part-time Teacher’s Aide to work on-site in Glastonbury, CT. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Certification in Connecticut Child Care and CPR within 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Teacher in preparation and delivery of daily activities.
• Engage with children during activities and playtimes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of toys and materials.
• Communicate any issues with supervisor promptly.
• Uphold confidentiality and YMCA values in all interactions.
