Qualifications

• Minimum one year as Drug and Alcohol Prevention Specialist Trainee or a Bachelor's Degree with one year of prevention work.
• Equivalent combinations of experience and training may be accepted.
• Must meet PA residency requirements and pass essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based prevention programs in school and community settings.
• Represent the SCA on committees and collaborative groups.
• Develop and deliver prevention education, training and intervention services.
• Prepare and distribute educational materials and program resources.
• Maintain documentation and data entry in the DDAP system.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust activities as needed.
