Job summary

CPY0001 Young Life Incorporated is seeking a Staff Associate I for part-time ministry in Summit County, CO. The role focuses on hands-on youth ministry, team leadership, and spiritual development through club, Campaigners, and camping initiatives.

You will work 15-20 hours weekly, coordinating with area volunteers and church partners, and participate in ongoing training while supporting the ministry’s mission and community presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to plan and conduct a Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry with excellence.
• Lead a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy for a ministry.
• Engage in contact work, club, Campaigners and camp at all levels.
• Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices as directed.
