Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education preferred.
• Experience with children or in educational settings is desirable.
• Ability to support math, science, English, and other core subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with activities including career exploration and homework completion.
• Support small group sessions and tailor instruction to student needs.
• Collaborate with PD, teachers, and staff to promote learning and engagement.
• Supervise students during program hours, ensuring safety and positive behavior.
• Help maintain a structured daily schedule and program materials in ETO.
• Communicate progress and concerns to parents in writing or verbally.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
• Assist with attendance and other administrative tasks.
