Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; 1-2 years of previous experience working with children.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) and Basic First Aid certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct programming in line with Family Service Lincoln's mission and site philosophy.
• Supervise youth in small and large groups, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Attend team meetings and site supervisor meetings; complete required paperwork on time.
