Job summary

Highfields Inc is seeking a Youth Specialist for a part-time role in Onondaga, MI. You will support juvenile adolescent males with assessment, goal setting, lesson planning and interventions within a structured program.

The position offers 16–32 hours per week across day and evening shifts, with a $17.50 hourly wage. A pre-employment drug test and TB test are required; paid time off accrual is provided, and there is no medical insurance.
