Embrace Alabama Kids in Pensacola, FL is seeking a part-time Scholarship Program Staff Assistant/Youth Care Worker to support living environments and student growth.

The role involves clerical duties, supervision in group homes, night shifts as needed, and close collaboration with the Higher Education Program Manager to ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive setting. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of one year of general office experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and office support to the Higher Education Program Manager.
• Assist with living environment supervision for students in a group home.
• Spend nights in the Higher Education Home/Group Home to provide supervision as needed.
• Prepare reports, letters, and purchase orders; maintain organized files.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate travel; assist with meals and safety.
• Communicate with students in a culturally sensitive manner and support academic goals.
